Ingredients

Sauce:

1/4 cup butter
1 14 1/2-oz can chicken broth
1 cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoons TABASCO brand Green Pepper Sauce
3 t Xanthan gum
Filling:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 lb. ground turkey
1 medium onion, diced
1 tablespoon TABASCO brand Green Pepper Sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 15-oz. container ricotta cheese
1 large egg
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 8-oz. package mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

For sauce, in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Gradually add chicken broth, cream, and TABASCO
