Bacon and Chipotle Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds cauliflower, cut into 1-inch pieces
Salt
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons TABASCO brand Chipotle Sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped

Directions

Place cauliflower in a large saucepan and cover with water; add 2 teaspoons salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes until tender. Drain and cool.
