Chipotle Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

2 lbs Cauliflower
3 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons TABASCO brand Chipotle Sauce

2 cloves garlic, pressed
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 Warm Heavy cream, more or less, adjust for thickness of mixture

Directions

Place cauliflower in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until tender, about 12 to 15 minutes. Drain.



Mash cauliflower in blender or food processor.



Stir in butter, TABASCO
