Curry-lime Grilled Beef

Ingredients

3lbs Flank steak (1/2 lb per person)

MARINADE:

2 t Ground coriander
1 C Chopped cilantro
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 C Reduced sodium soy sauce
2 t Ground black pepper


CURRY-LIME SAUCE:

1/2 C Reduced sodium soy sauce
1 1/3 T Lime juice (fresh)
2 t Red curry paste
1 1/3 T Splenda granular
1 T Ground coriander
1/8 C Water

Directions

MARINADE:



Combine all marinade ingredients. Place steaks in marinade and marinate steaks for 8 hours.



CURRY-LIME SAUCE:



In bowl, whisk all sauce ingredients together until combined.



STEAK:



Remove steakS from marinade. Grill marinated steaks to medium rare. Remove from grill and slice thinly against the grain. Place one sliced steak on each plate and drizzle with curry-lime sauce and serve.
