Ingredients

2 T butter
1/4 t Curry powder
1/4 t Ground ginger
1/4 t Ground cumin

1/8 t Allspice
1/8 t Ground red pepper
4 C Pork rinds (break up large pieces)
1 C Macadamia nuts
1/2 C Brown sugar twin

Directions

Cook and stir butter, curry powder, ginger, cumin, allspice, brown sugar twin, and red pepper in a small saucepan until butter melts. Cook and stir 1 minute more.



Combine pork rinds, and macadamia nuts in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle butter mixture over pork rind mixture, tossing gently to coat evenly.
