Ingredients

1 t Knox unflavored gelatin
1 T Davinci sugar free syrup of choice

1 C Heavy cream
2 t Splenda

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in davinci syrup.



Add gelatin mixture to whipped cream in a large, cold bowl (use metal or glass).



Whip cream until stiff, but not dry.

Frost low carb cakes, pies, desserts, cookies or cupcakes. May be placed into a pastry bag and piped in various shapes onto your dessert. Will last several days refrigerated.
