1/4 C Butter, divided
3 Whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/3 C Red bell pepper, chopped
1 C Asparagus pieces, cooked crisp tender

2 T Shallots, minced
1 t Dried tarragon
1 C Heavy cream
