Blackberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 C Fresh blackberries
2 C Heavy cream
2/3 C Splenda

1 T Vanilla extract
2 T Lemon juice
Dash of salt

Directions

Puree blackberries in a blender or food processor.



Add the remaining ingredients to the blackberry puree and blend until smooth.



Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and follow the instructions from the manufacturer.
