Ingredients

CRUST:

1/3 cup atkins bake mix
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp cream
1/4 cup cold water

PIZZA:

3 T Olive oil
1 Medium red onions, peeled and thinly sliced
1 C Thinly sliced mushrooms
Salt & pepper to taste
2 C Cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2 C Low carb BBQ sauce
2 C Grated, smoked gouda cheese

Spread on parchment paper.
