Macaroon Pie

Ingredients

3 eggs, room temperature
1 cup splenda, divided
3/4 teaspoon Almond Extract
1 cup Almond flour

1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Whipped cream for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.



Grease 9-inch pie plate and set aside.



Separate eggs and set egg whites aside.



Place egg yolks in large mixer bowl and beat with electric mixer until thick and light. Beat in 1/2 cup splenda and almond extract. Stir in almond flour and walnuts.



Place reserved egg whites in separate mixer bowl and beat with electric mixer until foamy. Gradually beat in remaining 1/2 cup splenda and vanilla. Fold into egg yolk mixture and pour into prepared pie plate.



Bake in preheated 350 F oven 30 minutes.



Serve with whipped cream.
