Microwave Cheesecake

Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup Da Vinci SF syrup
OR
1 pkg Splenda AND
1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Place cream cheese in small microwave safe bowl. Microwave on full power for 20-30 seconds until soft. Add egg and sweetener/flavor of choice and stir until blended. Microwave on full power for 60-70 seconds until set on the edges and soft in the middle. The middle will jiggle slightly. Can be eaten warm or chilled.

Additional Information

Add 1 carb to carbohydrates per serving if using Splenda and vanilla.
