Ingredients

1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
1/2 White onion
2 Cups Broccoli
2 Cups Cauliflower
2 Cups Cabbage
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup shredded or diced Cheddar Cheese
Oil / salad dressing

Directions

Toss lean ground beef and chopped white onions into frying pan. Fry on medium heat until almost cooked.

Add spices galore (I really like to make it spicy) just add what ever spices you wish. *suggestions are:sage, chili powder, garlic, oregano, thyme, chives, dill, etc.*

When beef is almost cooked add 1/2 a cup of water and stir it well, it helps blend all the spices etc.

While that is cooking chop up your veggies into bite size pieces. Mix all the veggies together with the shredded cheese and Parmesan!

Add beef/onion mixture to the veggie/cheese mixture. Stir well and put into casserole dish. Drizzle LIGHTLY with oil (or a salad dressing that is oil based)

Bake for about an hour at 350 degrees.

*For even YUMMIER yet higher calories, put some cheese on the top for yummie meltie goodness lol

Additional Information

You can interchange all the veggies for others. I just prefer these few because they aren't too too bad carbwise.
