Ingredients

1 6 ounce bag of unflavored pork rinds
1/2 lb ground beef
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp crushed oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup water
1/2 tomato diced
8 oz shredded cheddar
1/4 cup sour cream
jalapeno slices to taste(optional)
sliced black olives (optional)

Directions

Brown ground beef in skillet, until no pink remains. Drain fat from meat. Add spices and water, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, and mixture has absorbed the water.

Spread pork rinds on serving platter or large dish. Top with meat mixture and tomatoes. Broil or microwave just until cheese melts. Add remaining toppings, dolloping the sour cream on top.
