Ingredients

Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce:

1 C Lightly packed Italian parsley
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1 t Salt
1/2 t Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 t Chili pepper flakes
2 T Fresh oregano leaves
2 T Shallot, or, onion, minced
3/4 C Olive oil
3 T Sherry or red wine vinegar
3 T Lemon juice
Steak:

1 T Cayenne pepper
3 T Salt
3 lbs Steak, rib eye, New York, or, sirloin, (1 1/2 inches thick)
