Caicos Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

MEAT:

2 (1 lb each) pork tenderloins, cut in half

MARINADE:

1 C Prepard Crystal light Tropical Passions Strawberry Orange Banana
1/4 C Distilled vinegar
3/4 t Ground cinnamon
3/4 t Ground nutmeg
3 T Fresh lime juice
1/2 C Green onion tops, thinly sliced
1 1/2 T Serrano pepper, minced
2 t Ground Allspice
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/2 tsp fresh garlic, minced

Directions

Combine marinade ingredients. Coat pork and marinate for 4 hours in refrigerator.



Place pork in center of hot grill, 7 inches above gray flaming coals. Cook pork 7 minutes each side.



Slice pork thinly and serve.
