Fried "Rice"

Ingredients

2 T Sesame oil, divided
2 Eggs - beaten
1/4 C Chopped green onion
1/4 C Chopped green bell pepper
1 T Garlic, minced
2 C Cauliflower that has been riced - prepared, cooled
1/2 C Cooked pork, shrimp, or chicken
1/4 C Soy sauce

Directions

Heat 1 T sesame oil in skillet or wok.



Pour eggs into pan and cook, stirring constantly to break up cooked eggs. When cooked through, remove eggs from pan and set aside.
