Brussels Bake

Ingredients

1 cup water
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen brussels sprouts
2 tablespoons butter
1 8 oz Package cream cheese

1 4 oz Can mushrooms
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Crushed Hazelnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.



Bring water to boil in a medium saucepan. Place frozen brussels sprouts in the water, and return to boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 6 to 7 minutes, until tender; drain.



In a medium bowl, mix brussels sprouts with butter, cream cheese, mushrooms, eggs, Cheddar cheese, and 1/3 cup crushed hazelnuts. Transfer to a medium baking dish, and top with remaining crushed hazelnuts.



Cover, and bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until bubbly. Uncover, and continue baking 5 minutes, until lightly browned.
