Ingredients

4 pound boneless pork roast
5 to 6 whole cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup Tomaote sauce
2 tablespoon sugar free Davinci Orange syrup

1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon kitchen bouquet (gravy enhancer)
1/2 teaspoon Xanthan gum

Directions

Stud meat with cloves. Place roast in slow cooker/Crock Pot. Sprinkle with paprika and nutmeg. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours. (high 4 to 6 hours) Remove roast.



Juices may be thickened with 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum, add a little at a time while whisking until mixture is smooth. Cook until thickened.
