Low Carb Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients

1 cup Splenda
1 cup Unsweetened cocoa
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Directions

Combine cocoa, splenda, salt, water.



Cook over medium heat five to seven minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla.



Allow mixture to cool and store in refrigerator.



To make chocolate "milk":



Use 2 tbsp. to 1 cup heavy cream.
