Ingredients

2 Tablespoons grated hazelnuts
1 egg -- separated
1 cup Heavy cream

3 Tablespoons almond flour
1 Tablespoon splenda
a pinch of salt
2 Tablespoons butter

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, beat the egg white until foamy peaks form.



In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour and cream. Stir in egg yolk and salt, fold in splenda, hazelnuts and add stiffly beaten egg white.



Melt butter in a sturdy frying pan and fry omelet golden brown on both sides.
