Cilantro Salsa Turkey

Ingredients

Non-Stick Cooking Spray
3 pounds Boneless Fresh Turkey Breast
2 tablespoons olive Oil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
6 fresh plum tomatoes, finely chopped

6 green onions, finely chopped
3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Prepare grill for indirect method, coat with cooking spray.



Brush the turkey with the olive oil. Combine garlic salt and chili powder; sprinkle over turkey. Place turkey on grill. Cover grill and cook according to package directions.



To make salsa:



Combine tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Chill until time of serving. Serve with sliced, grilled turkey.
