Ingredients

CRUST:

1/3 C Atkins bake mix
1/3 C Parmesan cheese
2 T Heavy cream
1/4 C Cold water
PIZZA:

1/2 C Pizza sauce (lowest carb count)
1 1/2 C Fresh spinach leaves
1 T Olive oil
1 t Fresh garlic, minced
4 Sun-dried tomatoes, packed in olive oil, cut into thin strips
Large wheel brie cheese
Chili flakes
