Ingredients

1 T Butter
1 Small sweet onion, halved, thinly sliced
1 (8 oz) Round camembert cheese
2 t Brown sugar twin

1/4 t Salt
2 T Sherry
2 T Chopped fresh marjoram
Low carb bread slices, cut into quarters and toasted

Directions

Heat oven to 350F degrees.

Melt butter in large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add onion and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until very tender, stirring frequently.

Place cheese in ungreased decorative ovenproof shallow baking dish or plate. Bake at 350F degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is soft.

Add cranberries, brown sugar twin, salt, and sherry to onion. Mix well. Cook 5 minutes or until brown sugar twin is dissolved, stirring frequently. Stir in marjoram, cook and stir 1 minute.

To serve, spoon warm onion mixture over the warm cheese. Serve with low carb bread toasts.
