Heroin wings

Ingredients

4 lbs chicken wings
1 cup grated parmesean cheese
1/2 cup butter
seasoning:
2 TBsp dried parsley
1 TBsp dried oregano
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Cut wings into drumettes, disgard pointy tips.

Combine parmesean, and all seasonings in a bowl.

Line a shallow baking pan with foil. (don't skip this step)

Melt butter in a shallow bowl.

Dip each drumstick into butter, roll in cheese, seasoning mixture, then arrange in foil lined pan.

Bake 1 hr.

Additional Information

Besides appetizers, these make great snacks and are just as good cold.
