Parmesean Meatballs

Ingredients

1 1/2 Lbs ground beef
3/4 cup Parmesean cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp dried parsley
dash pepper
2-3 TBsp butter
15 ounce can tomato sauce (check for the lowest carb and no sugar added)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp basil
1/8 tsp oregano

Directions

combine beef, cheese,eggs, parsley and pepper in mixer with a paddle beater on the lowest setting for 10 seconds.

Shape into 40 meatballs

melt butter in a large skillet an cook meatballs until all sies are browned. Remove to a Crock pot or a casserole dish suitable for the oven.

combine the tomato sauce, garlic,onion powder, bssil, and oregano. Pour over the meatbllas, stirring gently to coat.

Turn crock pot on low for 1- 4hrs OR Bake, uncovered in an oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly.

Additional Information

You can also broil the meatballs instead of frying in the first step. Place on broiler tray/rack and bake at 350 for 10 mins, then turn over and bake another 10 mins.
