Royal Christmas Eggnog

Ingredients

6 Large eggs
3/4 C Davinci Gourmet sugar free eggnog syrup
1 1/2 C Brandy
1/2 C Rum

4 C 1/2 & 1/2
4 C Heavy cream
Nutmeg to sprinkle
1/2 C Davinci Gourmet sugar free eggnog syrup

Directions

Separate the eggs.



Beat the yolks gradually, adding the splenda while beating until they are pale and golden.



Slowly beat in the brandy and rum, then beat in the 1/2 & 1/2 and half the heavy cream.



Just before serving, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the eggnog mixture.



Whip the remaining cream and splenda until thick.



Top each glass of eggnog with whipped cream and a shake of nutmeg.
