20 Minute Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

2 (14 1/2 oz) cans Reduced sodium chicken broth
1 (15 oz) Can Black soy beans
1 (14 oz) Can mexican tomatoes
1 (4 oz) Can chopped green chiles
1 t Ground cumin
1 lb Cooked chicken breast, can use canned chicken
Salt & pepper to taste
GARNISH:

2 Low carb tortillas cut into strips and fried in vegetable oil until crispy
Shredded pepper jack cheese

Directions

Pour broth, beans, and tomatoes into a large pan.



Add cumin, cooked chicken, salt and pepper.



Simmer over medium heat until heated thoroughly.



Garnish with tortilla strips and shredded cheese.
