Midwestern Steak Soup

Ingredients

3 c. water
1 Onion, chopped
3 Stalks chopped celery
2 sliced carrots
1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
1 tsp. pepper

1 (10 oz.) frozen vegetables or choice
2 lb. sirloin steak, cubed
2 to 4 tbsp. beef bouillon
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 t Xanthan gum

Directions

Put all except xanthan gum into crockpot. Cook low 8 to 10 hours.



1 1/2 hours before serving, turn up to high. Add xanthan gum a little at a time until soup has thickened and is smooth smooth.
