Ingredients

1/2 C Heavy cream
1 lb Ricotta
1/2 C Splenda
2 t Amaretto flavored sugar free Davinci syrup

1 T Orange zest
1/4 C Unsweetened chocolate
1/4 C Amaretto sugar free Davinci syrup
1/2 C Chopped pistachios

Directions

In a mixing bowl whip the cream until stiff.



Fold in the ricotta with a rubber spatula, working

until creamy.



Fold in the Splenda, 2 t amaretto sugar free Davinci syrup, and orange zest.



Melt chocolate and add 1/4 cup sugar free amaretto syrup.



Place cheese mixture evenly into 4 small serving dishes.



Drizzle chocolate in a pretty pattern over surface of cheese mixture.



Sprinkle each dish with nuts.



Chill at least 6 hours.
