Ingredients

2 T Salt
1 T Thyme, fresh
1 t Allspice, ground
1 t Cinnamon, ground
1 t Nutmeg, freshly grated
1 t Cracked black pepper
2 Jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced

1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
1/4 C Scallions, sliced
1/4 C Onion, diced
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 C Rice wine vinegar
2 T Oil
2 Pork tenderloins, trimmed

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients and mix.



Mix in rest of ingredients either by hand or in food processor.



Place pork in a heavy duty freezer bag and cover with marinade. Let marinate in refrigerator overnight.



Remove pork from marinade.



On a hot charcoal or gas grill, let cook 5 to 6 minutes per side, basting occasionally with marinade.



To serve, slice on angle and serve.
