Catalina Ribs

Ingredients

SAUCE:

1 C Splenda
2 t Salt
Dash paprika
1/2 t Chili powder
1/2 t Celery seed
1/2 t Dry mustard
Grated onion to taste
1/2 C Vinegar
2/3 C Tomatoe puree
1 C Vegetable oil
RIBS:

2 pounds boneless pork ribs
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

SAUCE:



Place all ingredients into blender and mix.



RIBS:



Put ribs in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Pour catalina sauce over ingredients and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours.
