Ham and Cheddar Scones

Ingredients

2 C Atkins Bake mix
1/2 t Salt
2 T Splenda
1/4 t cayenne pepper

1/2 C Diced ham
1 C Cheddar Cheese -- cubed 1/2inch
1 1/4 C Heavy cream

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.



Add ham and cheese and mix well.



With a wooden spoon stir in cream until a sticky dough forms. Do not over mix.



Place dough on a surfaced floured with bake mix and press into an evenly thick 10 inch circle. cut into 8 wedges.



Grease a baking sheet. Place wedges on top in same circular pattern. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 to 18 minutes until golden. Serve warm or at room temperature.
