Ultimate Pound Cake

Ingredients

2 Sticks butter, softened
4 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 C Splenda
5 Large eggs

2 C Almond flour
1 t Baking powder
1 t Lemon extract
1 t Vanilla extract

Directions

Cream butter, cream cheese and Splenda well. Add eggs to mixture, beating one at a time.



Mix almond flour with baking powder and add to egg mixture.



Add extracts.



Pour mixture into a greased 9 inch round cake pan that has also been lined with parchment paper.



Bake cake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
