Ingredients

CRUST:

1 box Atkins Country White Bread Mix
1 1/2 C Warm water
1 T Olive oil
PIZZA:

1 lb Ground beef
1 Small green or red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 Small onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
3/4 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
2 C Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

CRUST:



Combine bread mix and yeast in a large bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups warm water and 3 tablespoons olive oil. Mix with a spoon to form a soft dough. Knead gently for one minute; shape into a ball. Cover with plastic, and let rise for 1 hour or until dough is doubled in size.
