Ole Burgers

Ingredients

4 Frozen burger patties
1/2 Small onion
1 T Butter
1 can (4 oz) whole green chilies, drained

4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
Salsa

Directions

Grill burgers according to package directions.



Cut onion into 1/4-inch thick slices.



Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.



Grill onions about 2 minutes on each side, until soft and golden.



When burgers are cooked to desired doneness, split green chilies and lay flat over top of burger. Lay 1 slice cheese over each; return to grill briefly to melt cheese.



Spread salsa on top of burgers, top with grilled onions and serve.
