Country Gingerbread Muffins

Ingredients

1 1/2 C Almond flour
1 1/2 t Baking Powder
1 C Splenda
12 T Melted Butter(or sour cream)

6 T DaVinci sugar free gingerbread Syrup
6 Eggs
1/2 T Lemon zest

Directions

Mix everything in a bowl.



Spoon batter into 6 large glass muffin cups that have been greased.



Preheat oven to 350

Lemon Cream icing:



Mix 4 ozs softened cream cheese with sugar free lemon DaVinci syrup until cream cheese is a spreadable texture. Ice the muffins with the cream cheese while still a little warm.
