Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 C Mayonnaise
2 T Tomatoe puree
1 T White vinegar
2 1/2 t Splenda

2 t Dill pickle relish
1 t Finely minced white onion
1/8 t Salt
dash of black pepper

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well.



Place dressing in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours, stirring occasionally, so that the splenda dissolves and the flavors blend
