Horseradish & Bacon Cheese Ball

Ingredients

1 package cream cheese / room temperature
1 pound bacon
1 to 2 teaspoon horseradish

Directions

Cook bacon until crisp but not burnt and drain.

Flatten out package of cream cheese (make sure cream cheese is at room temperature). Spread horseradish and half of bacon over cream cheese. Roll into a ball. Sprinkle remaining bacon on cutting board and roll the cream cheese ball until it picks up bacon. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour. Take out of refrigerator 10 minutes before serving.

Additional Information

You can add more or less horseradish.
