Cream Cheese NOT Potatoe Soup

Ingredients

6 C Diced turnips
1 C Chopped celery
1/2 C Chopped onion
Salt/pepper to taste
2 C Heavy cream

6 Chicken bouillon cubes
8 ozs Cream cheese
16 ozs Shredded american cheese
2 quarts water

Directions

Place water in saucepan and add turnips, celery, onion, bouillon cubes and salt. Cook until vegetables are tender.



Add cream to vegetable mixture. Cook until thickened and smooth. Stir in cream cheese and american cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted.
