Sour Cream Chicken

Ingredients

1 stewing Chicken-cut-up
1 large onion
salt to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 cup sour cream

1 t Xanthan gum mixed in sour cream
(If too thick add a little water)
3 T Butter

Directions

Cook cut-up onion in butter a few minutes.



Add paprika-then add chicken and brown a little.



Add enough hot water to cover chicken, and cook.

When almost done add sour cream mixture.



ALWAYS KEEP ENOUGH WATER TO COVER CHICKEN



Let simmer until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
