Chicken with Mushrooms & Fresh Sage Cream

Ingredients

4 Boneless skinless chicken
breasts
2 T Almond flour
1/4 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper
3 t Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 C Sliced mushrooms

3 Green onions, sliced
1/2 C Dry white wine or chicken broth
8 oz Cream cheese, cubed
1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Heavy cream
2 T Chopped fresh sage
Fresh sage leaves for garnish

Directions

Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4".



Dredge in combined almond flour, salt and pepper.



Fry in hot oil until done, about 6 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet; keep warm.



Stir garlic, mushrooms, onions and wine into

drippings. Cook over low heat until tender, about

3 minutes.



Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream, and sage; continue cooking until smooth.



Arrange chicken on platter; top with sauce. Garnish with sage leaves.
