Crockpot Cantonese Dinner

Ingredients

2 lbs pork steak, 1/2" thick -- cut into strips
2 T Oil
1 Onion -- sliced
1 Green pepper -- cut into strips
1 Can mushroom - (4 oz) -- drained

1 Can Tomatoe sauce - (8 oz)
1 T Brown sugar twin
2 T Splenda
1 1/2 T Vinegar
1 1/2 t Salt
2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t Xanthan gum

Directions

Brown pork in oil in skillet. Drain on double paper towel.



Place pork strips and all remaining ingredients into crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours (HIGH 4 hours).
