Pacific Rim Pork Steak

Ingredients

2 Boneless pork top round steaks, cut 1/2-inch thick, about 1 pound total
1/2 C Soy sauce
1/4 C Dry sherry

3 T Splenda
1 T Grated fresh ginger
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1 T Sesame oil
1/4 t Red pepper flakes

Directions

In shallow dish stir together soy sauce, Sherry, splenda, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and red pepper; stir to dissolve splenda.



Place steaks in dish, turning to coat. Marinate overnight.



Prepare medium-hot fire in grill.



Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade, and grill directly over fire, turning once, for a total of 8-10 minutes.
