Ingredients

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. cream
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. finely chopped red pepper
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
dash of hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. snipped parsley

Directions

Bring cheddar and cream cheese to room temp. Add cream, onion, red pepper, worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce. Beat until well combined. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours. To serve, shape into a ball. Roll in parsley. Let stand 5 min.
