Slow Cooker Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Ingredients

15 oz Can solid pack pumpkin
12 oz Heavy cream
3/4 C Splenda
1/2 C Low carb baking mix
2 Eggs beaten

2 T Melted butter
1 t Pumpkin pie spice
2 t Vanilla extract
Splenda sweetened whipped cream

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except whipped cream, pour into greased slow cooker.



Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or until thermometer reads 160
