Salmon Patties

Ingredients

18 oz. Canned or Pouch salmon - Drained, deboned, skinless
2 Eggs
1 t. Seasoned salt (more or less based on preference)
Pepper - to taste based on preference
About 2 oz. (half package) of Prok Rinds
Olive oil, peanut oil, or a little of both.

Directions

Starting heating oil in skillet. Mix salmon and egg in bowl. Add seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Mix in pork rinds last. Form into patties and place in hot oil.
