Ingredients

1 T Sesame oil
2 lbs Boneless/skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch) pieces
1 C Onions, chopped
1 T Garlic, minced
1 T Curry powder
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Black pepper

1/2 t Red pepper flakes
6 C Chicken broth, (canned or homemade)
1/2 C Tomatoe paste
2 C Stewed tomatoes, chopped (one 15-ounce can)
1/3 C Sugar free chunky peanut butter

Directions

In a large Dutch oven or soup pot, heat the sesame oil.
