Tomato Bisque Soup

Ingredients

2 2/3 C Fresh tomato puree
1 c Diced tomatoes (no juice)
1/4 t Onion juice
2 t Lemon juice

Pinch of Splenda, to taste
1/2 C Sour cream
1 T Snipped chives or green onions

Directions

Simmer puree, tomatoes, onion juice, lemon juice and splenda for 20 minutes.



Slowly stir in sour cream and heat through (do not boil), garnish with chives.
