Slow Cooked Ensenada Chicken

Ingredients

4 Large chicken breasts
1 Package taco seasoning mix
1 C Salsa
Water

1/2 C Sour cream
Water
1 t Xanthan gum

Directions

Spray the crockpot with cooking spray. Put in the chicken.



Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Top with salsa. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.



When ready to serve, remove the chicken from the pot.



Place xanthan gum in a little water and whisk well.



Stir the xanthan gum into the liquid. Stir in sour cream. Stir well.
