Ingredients

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic (Chopped fine)
1 8oz Block of Cream Cheese (room temp.)
1/2 cup of Heavy Cream (or half and half)
1 8oz container of shreaded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Combine garlic and oil in a pot and stir until garlic is soft, but not brown. Add heavy cream. Stir over medium heat. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Add parmesan cheese and stir. Stir occasionally until sauce is smooth and creamy. Salt and pepper to taste.

Additional Information

Stiring is easier with a small wire wisk. You can also add the cream cheese before the heavy cream and melt it in the pot first and then add the heavy cream to achieve the consistency you like.

Comments

This tastes great with seasoned chicken and broccoli all combined together. Also great on pork or served cold as a dip.
